RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Buying ethnic wear online means trusting a size chart. We'd rather make that easy than make it your problem.

Free returns. Free exchanges. We pay the courier both ways.

You have 7 days from delivery to request either.

Free size exchange

If your Kairee piece doesn't fit the way you hoped, we'll exchange it for a different size at no cost to you. We cover the reverse pickup and the re-delivery.

Free returns

Changed your mind? Return it within 7 days of delivery for a full refund, including the original shipping. There is no return fee and no restocking charge.

How it works

Message us on WhatsApp at +91 92576 69997 with your order number and whether you'd like an exchange or a refund.
We arrange a reverse pickup from your delivery address, usually within [2–3] business days.
Hand the piece to our courier partner in its original packaging. No forms, no printouts, no drop-offs.
Once it reaches us and passes a quick condition check, your replacement is dispatched within 1–2 business days, or your refund is processed.

Condition requirements

To be eligible, the garment must be:

Unworn and unwashed
Free of stains, odours, perfume, or alteration
Carrying all original tags, still attached
In its original packaging

We don't need the invoice or the outer shipping box.

If a returned piece arrives in unsellable condition, we'll photograph it, show you, and send it back to you at no charge — but we won't be able to process the refund or exchange.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within [5–7] business days of your return passing its condition check.

Prepaid orders: refunded to your original payment method.
COD orders: refunded by UPI or bank transfer. We'll collect those details from you on WhatsApp.

If your exchange size is unavailable

If the size you've asked for has sold out by the time your piece reaches us, we'll tell you immediately and offer a full refund or store credit — your choice.

Number of exchanges

Each order is eligible for [one] free size exchange. [Further exchanges on the same item can be arranged case by case — just ask.]

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

If your parcel arrives damaged, or you've received the wrong product, send us photos on WhatsApp within [48 hours] of delivery.

We'll replace the item or refund you in full. No debate, no fee.

If the outer packaging looks tampered with, photograph the unopened parcel before opening it — it helps us raise a claim with the courier.

Order cancellation

Cancel free of charge any time before dispatch — just message us on WhatsApp. Once your parcel is with the courier we can't recall it, but the free return above still applies.

About hand-block printing

Every Kairee piece is block-printed by hand in Sanganer, Jaipur, using Procion reactive dyes.

Slight variations in print alignment, minor irregularities in the motif, and small differences in dye depth between pieces are inherent to hand-block printing. These are characteristics of the craft, not defects.
