## Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or using the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

## Products, prices, and availability

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.

We try to display product colours and prints as accurately as possible, but the exact shade depends on your screen. As our fabric is hand-block printed, slight variation between pieces is normal and expected.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, limit order quantities, and discontinue any product at any time.

## Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm acceptance when we dispatch your order. We may cancel or decline an order if:

- The item is out of stock
- There's been a pricing or listing error
- We're unable to deliver to your pin code
- We suspect fraud or a pattern of abuse

If we cancel a prepaid order, we refund you in full within [5–7] business days.

## Payment

We accept UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking, and wallets through Razorpay, as well as **Cash on Delivery** on all orders.

## Care and use of products

Care instructions are provided with each garment and on the product page. Damage caused by improper washing, bleaching, dry cleaning against instructions, or general wear and tear is not covered.

All content on this site — photographs, product descriptions, prints, designs, and the Kairee name and logo — belongs to Blockware. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it commercially without our written permission.

## Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site to transmit malicious code, scrape data in bulk, attempt unauthorised access, or interfere with its operation.

## Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including courier delays outside our control.
