1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS
By accessing or using the Kairee website (kairee.co.in) or placing an order
with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all
applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these
terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.
Kairee is a brand owned and operated by BLOCKWARE, a sole proprietorship
registered in India, with its studio located at 48A, Shyam Colony,
Bas Badanpura, Near Gangapole, Jaipur, Rajasthan — 302002.
2. USE OF THE WEBSITE
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner
that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:
- Use the site in any way that violates applicable local, national, or
international law or regulation.
- Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional
material.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our website, servers,
or databases.
- Impersonate or attempt to impersonate Kairee, a Kairee employee, or any
other person.
- Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits any other person's use
of the website.
3. PRODUCTS & PRICING
All products listed on our website are subject to availability. We reserve
the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or change product
specifications at any time without prior notice.
Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable
GST unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any
time. However, the price displayed at the time of placing your order will
be the price charged.
HANDMADE VARIATIONS: All Kairee products are handcrafted by artisans.
Slight variations in colour, print placement, and texture are inherent to
the handblock printing process and are not considered defects.
4. ORDER PLACEMENT & CONFIRMATION
By placing an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase a
product. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We will
send you an order confirmation email once your order has been received.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion,
including but not limited to cases where:
- The product is out of stock or discontinued.
- There is an error in the product description or pricing.
- We are unable to verify the shipping address or payment details.
- The order appears fraudulent or violates our policies.
If your order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be processed
to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
5. PAYMENT TERMS
We accept the following payment methods:
- UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, and other UPI apps)
- Credit and Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, and others)
- Net Banking
- Cash on Delivery (COD)
Online payments are processed securely through Razorpay, a third-party
payment gateway. Kairee does not store your card or UPI details. By making
a payment, you also agree to Razorpay's terms of service and privacy
policy.
For Cash on Delivery orders, payment must be made in full to the delivery
partner at the time of delivery. COD may not be available for all pin
codes.
6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We ship across India. Standard delivery typically takes 3–5 business days
from the date of dispatch. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary
due to courier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Free shipping is available on orders above ₹999.
- Express delivery (1–2 business days) may be available for select pin
codes at an additional charge.
- International shipping is available to select countries; duties and
taxes are borne by the customer.
Once your order has been dispatched, we will share a tracking number via
email or SMS so you can monitor its progress.
7. RETURNS & REFUNDS
We have a dedicated Return Policy. Please refer to our Return & Refund
Policy for full details on eligibility, the claim process, and resolution
timelines.
In summary: we accept returns only for items that arrive damaged or
defective, within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in original, unworn
condition with packaging intact, and photographic evidence must be
provided.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website — including but not limited to logos, text,
graphics, product photographs, block-print designs, and software — is the
exclusive property of Kairee and is protected under applicable Indian and
international intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any
portion of this website or its content without our express written
permission.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Kairee shall not be
liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive
damages arising from your use of this website or purchase of our products,
including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of this
website or purchase of products shall not exceed the amount paid by you
for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
10. THIRD-PARTY LINKS
Our website may contain links to third-party websites for your
convenience. These links do not constitute an endorsement by Kairee. We
have no control over the content or privacy practices of those sites and
accept no responsibility for them.
11. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any
time without prior notice. The date of the latest revision will be
displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of our website after
any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
12. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with
the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms
shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in
Jaipur, Rajasthan.
