# SHIPPING POLICY

At Kairee, shipping is free. Always, everywhere in India, on every order.

## Shipping charges

We offer **free shipping on all orders**. No minimum cart value, no charges added at checkout. The price you see on the product page is the price you pay.

## Cash on Delivery

**Cash on Delivery is available on all orders**, across every product and every serviceable pin code. We do not charge a COD handling fee.

## Order processing

Orders are checked, packed, and handed to our courier partner within **1–2 business days** of being placed.

Business days are [Monday to Saturday], excluding public holidays. Orders placed on a Sunday or public holiday are processed the next working day.

## Delivery timelines

Once dispatched, expected delivery is:

- **Metro cities: 3–5 business days**
- **Rest of India: 5–8 business days**
- Remote or interior pin codes may take a few days longer

These are estimates from our courier partners. Delays can occur due to weather, regional disruptions, or festive-season backlogs. We'll keep you posted if anything holds up your parcel.

## Order tracking

As soon as your order is dispatched, we send a tracking link to your WhatsApp and registered mobile number.

If you haven't received tracking details within **3 business days** of ordering, message us on WhatsApp at **+91 92576 69997** with your order number and we'll look into it right away.

## Serviceable locations

We ship across India. We do not offer international delivery at this time.

If your pin code isn't serviceable, we'll contact you within 1 business day of your order to discuss alternatives.

## Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Please double-check your delivery address and phone number before completing your order. Couriers cannot deliver to incomplete addresses or unreachable phone numbers.

If a parcel returns to us undelivered for these reasons, we'll reach out on WhatsApp to arrange a re-dispatch at no extra cost to you.

## Failed or refused COD deliveries

If a COD order is refused at the door or remains undelivered after [3] delivery attempts, the parcel returns to us and the order is cancelled. [We may ask for prepayment on future orders from the same address.]
